Hello, friends welcome to my new blog post, today I gonna share you healthy tips and trick that can help you to healthy in life, because a healthy man is a wealthy man.in today time, time is the biggest problem and because of time health is also a bigger problem we are facing because we have given no time to our body. We do not go for yoga and don't do any regular exercise, while we have to do regular exercise and yoga.so let's share some important health tips to you which will help you to stay healthy.

There are some tips I share to you to stay healthy are as below :

DRINK LOTS OF WATER


Water is exceptionally fundamental to humanity. The greater part of the wellbeing and skin specialists guarantee that drinking water is imperative to keep the body free of poisons and make you fit. SAY NO TO JUNK FOODS


Say no to junk foods because junk foods are only for taste not for our health and it is not healthy for our body. Junk foods have many disadvantages and also harmful to our health.
For example: 
  • Causes impaired digestion
  • Causes liver disease
  • Sometimes It causes memory problem
  • Less and poor appetite
These are the disadvantages of junk food it has also many other disadvantages which I did not write above because I mention only the main points there.

NEVER SKIP YOUR BREAKFAST


So why I tell you that never skip your breakfast because breakfast is the important one meal in a day it fulfills you with energy to do work all day. So it plays an important role in the meal.so it a healthy and heavy breakfast, remembers I told you healthy and heavy not junky and fatty.

TIMETABLE YOUR MEALS


Timetabling your meal is one of a good option to stay healthy. I suggest you eat and timetable your meal 3 times a day. Don't eat too much eat at the same time proportion it. And eat it in parts.

EAT FRUITS, DRy FRUITS, AND OATS


Eating fruits, dry fruits and oats also may result in healthy. Because it also plays and important role in our health and body. Fruits have many vitamins which may help you to grow your body and keep you fit and glowing.you can also use dry fruits and oats as breakfast or you can eat dry fruits at your work.
