How To Reduce Pimples On Face?
What is a pimple or acne?
Acne is a chronic, inflammatory skin condition that causes pimples and spots, mainly on the face, shoulders and back,.
Pimples and zits are a common skin condition called acne or a pimple. About 70-90% of teenagers (girls and boys) will have some kind of acne breakout during their adolescent years. Here are some tips for taking care of your skin.
What is the cause of Pimple or Acne?
In simple words, the main cause of Pimples or acne is the oil of our body. We eat lots of oily food every day and make our skin more oily. Our skin has small holes or small pores that are connected to oil glands under our skin and follicles connects those oil glands to the pores. Follicles are small containers that produce a liquid. The oil glands release an oily liquid that is called sebum. The sebum carries dead skin cells through the follicles to the surface of the skin then a small hair grows through the follicle out of the skin.
Due to excessive oil in the skin, these follicles get blocked, and oil builds up under the skin then pimple came out at that place. This is the main reason for a pimple that people don’t know. So to clear a pimple we have to reduce oil in the skin. It's my personal experience that by reducing the oil in the skin I got my skin pimple free forever. I am tired of telling people about reducing the oil. They eat too much oily food and get their skin full with a pimple and acne.

What to do?
· You have to maintain your lifestyle, improve your food quality, control your diet.
· Wash your face two times a day (morning and before bed) with a mild soap-free cleanser to remove oil.
· Step 1: Spray your face with beauty water highly alkaline water (with ph 11.5) it will open your skin pores and remove the dirt on the skin
· Step 2: Then spray with acidic water having the PH of 2.5 on your face to remove bacteria from your skin.
· Step 3: Then spray with Beauty water having PHof 6 on your face to balance your skin ph. Which is containing highly antioxidant properties. Which is good for the skin.
· If you don’t have any of these beauty water then use normal Luke warm water to wash the face.
· Wash your face well after you come in contact with oils or grease such as working in a fast food restaurant and greasy area.
· Wash your hands before touching or rubbing your face and try not to rest your chin, cheek, or forehead on your hand. Just think of all of the things you may have touched during the day with your hands! Breaking this habit may help to clear up most of your problem areas.
· Wash your hair regularly especially if it’s oily. Oil from your hair can make your face and neck extra oily. And make your skin pores get blocked
· Use “oil-free” sunscreen when you know you’ll be outside in the sun. Antibiotics and other acne medicine can make your skin burn faster with sun exposure.
· There is two types of acids important to avoid pimples. So choose only the face wash that is containing these tow ingredients (Glycolic Acid, Salicylic Acid).
· Always use genuine products and cosmetics after consulting your dermatologist.
· Cover your face with a cloth when you are in a dusty area or polluted area like traffic.

What not to Do?
- Don’t scrub your face or use harsh soaps; you can’t scrub acne away but you can make your acne worse if you are too rough when washing your face.
- It's my personal experience and advice to you that don’t use a towel on your face after washing. Let your face dry itself.
- Don't use alcohol-based cleaning products. Products with a high percentage of alcohol can make your skin very dry and irritated. It can actually cause your body to make more oil that can result in more acne and it can burn your skin too
- Don’t pick, pop or squeeze pimples or anything on your face no matter how tempting! All that poking can cause more inflammation and possibly leave you with a scar. That can ruin your face.
- Do not use moisturizers or sunscreens that have oil in them. Look for a label that says “oil-free” and makes sure you use a “facial” moisturizer, not a “body” moisturizer. You can use LA –Shield SPF 40 and Melaguard sunscreen that is very good for oily skin.
- Don’t use any Cheap face wash without permission of skin doctor.
- Don’t use more oil controller. If you remove total oil from your skin then your skin produce more oil and it can cause more pimples. So only maintain oil on your face.
- Keep hair gels, hairspray, and other hair products away from your face as they can clog your pores. Wash your face after you use these products to keep oils away.
- Don’t use Steroid creams these are very harmful to the skin.
- Don’t take oily food .only eat vegetables and fruits that are good for skin as well as for health.
- Don’t go out directly in the sun exposer. Always use Sun Screen before going out.
- Do not touch your face again and again with your dirty hands.
- Avoid milk products.
